Smorrebrog

I asked the good people in Turner's Copenhagen office to suggest a
traditional Danish dish for lunch and smorrebrog is what we got (split
three ways). Its an interesting combination of egg, beef, herring,
eel, Danish brie and various fruits and veggies all on a hearty piece
of bread. Yummy!

Jesse, that's pretty funny! Pictures of food are usually a bit disappoiting, but I was fairly happy with how this came out! There is a whole art to photographing and filming food for commercials, which many Asian restaurants here and in the states have yet to master. I really did like it, and I think you would too!
